Ok so today at soccer practice, we did like 5 different drills with partners. i was fine on the first drill, but the second drill was running through five cones, my partner kept on passing me. I thought i was just slow cause the season just started, but the next two drills were really easy. Then we got to shadowing, if u dont know what shadowing is, its where lets say I have the ball and i try and getting away from my partner [shadow]. So the first time i had the ball I was fine. but then I did the shadowing i felt like i was going to throw up, I told my partner i felt sick. i then went to the ground and couldnt breathe, my legs arms and face felt really tinglyy. my breath was really loud. it took like 10-15 min. to start breathing normally. is this sports asthma???
