Is this spirit trying to reach me?

A while ago my dad inherited a painting from the 1810s of a girl named Janet... Every room its in there seems to be strange activity and havoc but also there were alot of other paintings. But I have came to the hypothesis that the portrait of Janet wants something from me... WHen I was like 10 I was playing in my living room and I began to hear Aleeec, Allecc, then I looked around and my dog was looking at me strangly... finally I heard it up against my ear and it said helpppp meeee... Alecc... then my dog ran away, so did I. A few years after that my parents got divorced and the painting moved from everywhere to everywhere and I recall starring deeply into it... then about 8 months ago when I was 15 going on 16. I was staying at my dads friends house with my dad... I stayed in a room all by my self I was listening to my I pod.. then I decided to go to bed... everone else was in a different room asleep. Then I turned off my I pod put my head on my pillow and heard Aleeec a whisper in my ear. I jumped up and ran out of the room. I wish I would have stayed sometimes but idk.. Then the day after I found out the painting was in the closet in that room... what do you think it wants or its after from me... why does it come to me when it knows I am alone and in vulnerable parts of my life?
