Is this sinus?

For weeks now I have had bad headaches, focused around my left ear and in the very back corner of my skull, just under the skull itself. The pain there has been on and off for years now and then stinging pains in my left cheek. The past few weeks I have had:

burning/watery eyes
fatigue
fevers by evening (at least 100 degrees)
bowel problems (diarrhea on and off for months)
bumps on my face (little red ones, not pimples, been there for months)
bloody noses (just got one this morning)
joint pain recently

I don't have health insurance until Jan :( . I don't know if the symptoms are related or not but any ideas would be great!
 
I would get yourself to a doctor to be safe, it may be something simple like migraines or sinus problems, but definately best to get checked. Good luck and take care
