on jayski, it's says they will run toyota by chicagoland in july, but the 43 will be dodge. the 19 and 44 are unknown. They will spilt manufacturing help. This will be interesting.
 
I think it's going to happen. I've been hearing rumours for quite awhile now. A couple of months ago, Kasey even said he'd heard he would be in a Toyota just not sure when. I am looking forward to it. I just imagine what a driver like Kasey could do in a Toyota when I see how well someone like Reutimann or Vickers has been doing. Because he's the total package. I imagine it's a little late this season to expect too much more than making the Chase. But next year with such a program behind him, he could easily eclipse his 2006 record.
 
I've heard this for a while, and I keep hoping that they'll stay in Dodge, but according to update #2, looks like my display name will read #9 Toyota fan in August...
 
I think that is a typo.
Kahne has been doing good with new new Dodge engines as of late.
But then again, you never know!
 
wow, i saw something like this in arca a year or so ago. i dont follow arca but saw a bit of a race and saw a napa toyota i think and another car on the same team which was a dodge or chevy. i didnt no they were allowed to do this lol but it should be interesting like everyone else is saying.
 
RPM appears to be doing everything they can to get Kahne in the Chase. They might as well focus all their efforts on Kahne for now since he's only three points out of 12th. I think we're seeing the end of Dodge in NASCAR too. If all of the RPM cars switch to Toyota next year then Penske Racing will be the only full-time Dodge team and who knows how long they'll stay with Dodge with the Chrysler bankruptcy going on.
 
That might just be a Toyota engine. They need help because the new dodge engine is a gas guzzler. Why would they get extra help after just spending all kinds of money on a new dodge engine? That seems kind of stupid to me. I don't care what manufacturer Kasey drives as long as he wins LIKE THIS WEEK!!!!!!!!!!
