Sentence:If you still fail to pass it after you've gone to great length to learn it. Then, it's not your fault.

Can this sentence well express my meaning?
Thanks for your help

I don't think it's necessary to say "fail to pass", because if you fail to pass, you're failing. So I took out the "to pass" part. Also, your sentences need to be combined because your first sentence is a sentence fragment.

If you still fail after you've gone to great lengths to learn it, it's not your fault.
