Is this safe for my fish that are outdoor??/?

ok my waterfall on my fish pond started to leak and it LOSES WATER LIKE MAD!!! and i have bought this to repair it is it safe please tell me.: THE PRODUCT: Ace: quick plug hydraulic cement:repairs leaks even while water is flowing can some tell if this is safe if it isn't is there another way to fix the pond???
WILL IT HARM ANY OF THE FISH OR ANYTHING IN THE POND
 
Unless it states "aquarium safe" somewhere on the package, then no. I'm guessing it doesn't. Look for someithng at an aquarium shop.
