I work for a large company, they said they can not accomadate me ( I am restricted on lifting over 25lbs) b/c I'm pregnant. They do give modified duty for workers who are injured on the job, but they said since I don't have a permanent disability they don't have to accomadate me. (I work at a nursing home) My husband said this is still discrimination- ( I live in MIssouri) does anyone know for sure?
