Is this pontiac to ford trade worth it?

I have a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am SE with the 2.3 Quad in it and it is a huge headache.
Someone wants to trade me for their 1979 Shelby Cobra Mustang with a 305 boss engine.

What are the pros and cons is it worth it?
