Is this photoshop a bootleg?

Someone is selling photoshop on ebay for $90 and says its brand new with a serial number. How can it be so cheap? Is this for real? He has 100% feedback.

Brand new with original box ,Sealed
Its cs4 and12 purchases already
 
With Ebay things aren't often sold at the retail price. Quite often it is below the retail price.

That being said $90 for something that sells for $1000 ish. Is cheap even for Ebay.
