is this overstocked for a 14 gallon fish tank?

i used to have an overstocked tank until i went on vacation and my 2 platies and all 3 swordtails died. they didnt eat the vacation feeder. my other fish lived which were my oto my 3 blk neon tetras and my 4 danios. would it bo overstocked to add 2 dwarf gouramis and 3 tiger barbs. i mean if you think about it it would be less overstocked then it used to be. if not what can i add cause i really want dwarf gouramis and tiger barbs
