I think that it's perfectly fine for school as long as you're used to walking in heels/don't have to walk to long. I would make sure that the cami isn't too low, though.
 
It's fine for school except for the heels. Wear some nice flats or something. Whenever I see girls at my school wearing heels I just think they are trying way too hard. Like way, way too hard.
