ok so i'm 140lbs and pretty thin and am graduating this year and am playing baseball in college next year. i have to bulk up more if i plan on playing and i am currently on a weight gainer to build muscle while working out. so i go to the gym four days a week and do a full body workout and then those three other days i run to improve stamina and do some p90x at home. is this a good workout plan? is there anything i could improve on? please help
