Is this ok for a 10 gallon fish tank?

im planning to get a 10 gallon fish tank
with plants, filter and stuff.
the fish ima planning on getting is
a small pleco thats maybe 1-2 inches
a few neon tetras maybe 4-6
a redtail black shark, thats about 1-2 inches
and 1 more species of fish, any suggestions?
is it too much fish for a 10 gallon tank?
and will they all get along?
