for dinner/tea i had a 1/4 carrot, a mouth full of mash potato, a small piece of brocilli and cauliflower, and a small chicken breast kiev
i did 250+ tummy crunches today, because i wanted to throw up my dinner, and all my food, and thats the most food i've had in a day since february
