Is this more than a cold?

Basically I have had diarrhoea 7 times in the past 2 days, I feel very nauseous when I even think about eating and have a constant "winded" feeling. When I wake in the morning I feel dizzy and tonight I fell into my bathtub because I was dizzy. Is it more than a cold or is it like the flu or something, because I've never fealt this bad with a cold before :confused: :(
 
do you have a temp or aching painful feelings in muscles or joints? Any congestion or headaches? how is breathing? sore throat? cough or sneeze?
I see no signs of a cold at all--stomach virus??
