Is this man joking- I think he is?

He calls me gorgeous, I asked him what he wanted and said thank you, then he said " I can tell you what I want from you but it is not appropriate. He says other things like this and all his friends laugh. I am left feeling awkward.
 
I don't think that he is joking. I don't know what you call this type of person in your part of the world but here we would call this person a moron. Try to ignore him but if that doesn't work bad language is permissible.

No, continue to talk as good friends without hurting each other in your lifetime in the family of mankind into generations on the earth.
 
He's trying to be a big shot infront of his friends. Ignore him. He's an a-hole.
