Here are the things I do and love to do:
-I love milk. I drink at least a gallon a week
-I also love water. I finish 2 bottles a day(like a deer park bottle)
-I don't excersise much(I'm such a potato couch or somethin?)
-I don't eat lunch, nor dinner and sometimes breakfast
-I don't eat much breakfast
-I only eat at 3-4 in the afternoon(quite a lot)
Well, those are the main facts. Do you think this is a good thing to do to lose weight fast? I weight 170-175 pounds and height is 5'6...
