...not even in car!? I pulled in to a gas station and a cop was there. He pulled off and I went inside. He came back and pulled me out of the store and put me in the cop car. Did not cuff me. He took me to the station and didn't read me my rights until he was about to book me for a driving on suspended and no insurance. Is that legal? Don't I have to be in the driver seat? Doesn't he have to get me when he first sees me? Are my rights being violated?
