Okay so my friend was recently arrested she was out past curfew but doing nothing wrong. She was in her friends driveway when the police showed up and told her to get down or she would be tasered. She a medianly got down on the ground he then processed to handcuff her. His reason being was that he had gotten a call she was breaking into cars. Of corse she wasn't but is this illegal in away way? Can you handcuff someone who isn't doing anything wrong and isn't a threat in Anway? I didn't mention shes 13 years old.
Is this legal? Attorneys and Lawyers please answer this!?
