My best friend's boyfriend is really nice to me.

We have this whole joke that me and him are husband and wife. But i feel bad. My friend doesn't know about it and I know it's just a joke but Is this wrong to my best friend?
It's just a joke, nothing serious, and he did start it.

Is this harsh on my friend?
