The plot of "The Boy Called It" is about a boy who lives in a very abusive household with his alcoholic mother, father, and two younger brothers. The mother in this story, is cold and heartless she seems intend on making her son's life a living hell. She is constantly beating him, refusing to him food if doesn't complete chores that she lays out for him to do, nor does she acknowledges as one of her children. But it wasn't always like this this, something happened in her own child that caused her to act this to one of her kids. The teachers are very concerned because he's always going to school with bruises all over his body. But he refuses to tell them the truth because would cause him more harm. His dad on the other hand, seem really sincere but won't do anything the abuse that is happening to his son.
