in the morning before work i could have a bowl of porridge or 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk and throughout the day in work for lunch il have a homemade wrap with tuna light mayo and red onion il also have a low fat yogurt, an apple and a cereal bar in the evning then il have my tea am i eating right to lose weight? i also go the gym every day for 30 mins at least
