Is this healthy or should i eat something else?

On a regular basis nowadays, I have been eating farmer cheese with bread for breakfast or sometimes greek yoghurt instead of cheese... I have been feeling guilty about how heavy it is...
 
Cheese is not necessarily unhealthy for you, but you may not want to be eating it every day - especially starting your day with it. I would try eating something lighter in the mornings than carbs and cheese. Yogurt is a great alternative, or maybe put a little cheese in an egg white omelete or on an egg sandwich. That way you can still eat some cheese, but make something healthier and feel guiltless!
