hey yall i sold a treo 600 i was using on cricket as i swithced to a treo 700p, the phone had a clear esn and was perfectly ready to hook up with cricket but thhis is what the guy i sold it to keeps telling me after i explained many times that the 600 is 100percent ready to activate....heres what he told me about OHIO AND STEALING SERVICE???? :silly:

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I have been twice to a certified cricket store and they have refused to activate the phone because it is not flashed. They told me that in Ohio as it is in other places it is illegal to steal phone services. I tried to explain to them what they told me but they would not activate the phone. Is there any way we could arrange a return? I cannot argue any more with the store in the area but they still are unwilling to help. Please let me know if I can return the phone. Thanks.
 
90% of cricket customers (who give everyone else and the service a bad name) are complete idiots. I had to explain to a lady yesterday the following:

the extra $60 on your bill you paid last month was for 4 esn changing fees, even though you changed esn's 6 times between 9/16 and 9/18 they only charged for four of them.
the extra $15 on this bill is from a phone nuraber change fee. you changed your nuraber 7 times between 10/21 and 10/26 but were only charged once.

she proceded to argue with me for about a half hour or so even though i was able to give her dates on all the changes and a complete explanation on all charges.

in the past i've had similar situations where care did not charge for all the changes and the customer said we were ripping them off since cricket let them change a second or third time at no charge we didn't have to charge at all and we were just making up charges to get money from her blah blah blah. i proceded to explain to her that sometimes care will do the nuraber change a second time as a courtesy if it is right away, but my explanation fell on deaf ears.

LOL. This is my personal h-e double hockey sticks. I live this every day. My favorite is when they threaten to leave Cricket.......brightens my day. :lol:
 
that was my final response to him.. i told him to call cricket directly so well see if he comes back to me demanding a refund.....i wish people would explore all possible ways to resolve the issue without demanding money back right away.. oh well thats how people are. :reallysad
 
I Sell Tons Of Moto Q's And 6700's On Ebay And The Will Take It To A Cricket Dealer Not The Cricket Store Or Call It In.and A Greedy Dealer Will Lie And Say Hey This Is Not Flashed.and The Buyer Will Get Dooped In To Shelling Out 35-65.00. I Just Wish Some Of The Bigger Cricket Dealers Would'nt Be So Hoggish And Messing The Game Up For All Of Us
