I've been off and on a diet for the last couple months. Lots of veggies, no starch or processed sugars, only natural sugar with fiber and protein. I have been measuring and weighing myself over this time at intervals. I've lost 5 pounds, 1 inch off my waist, 1 inch off my thigh, 1/2 inch off my calf. I'm sure my progress would have been better if I'd refrained from some of the stuff I ate, but is it still good progress?
