This is what I had today
Breakfast: egg white
Snack: 2 squares chocolate (last im having for a while
)
30mins dancing
Lunch
atmeal
and then im going to have a salad with egg white and a slice of ham for dinner
and im taking some cut up carrot and cucumber for snacks at the movies
and ill probably eat about 10 almonds too
im trying to lose weight
