He's in shock. I don't know of much you can do but say a little prayer for him. He'll probably recover on his own, just keep an eye on the situation. Good luck!

Okay so one of my Albino Tetras got stuck or somehow sucked on to the filter but I was able to turn the filter off and he fell to the bottom of the aquriam and right know he is just lying on the floor not dead but still breathing fine but not moving just lying on floor. Is their anything I can do to revive him?

chances are he wont make it
can you seperate him from the other fish by putting him in another tank or a bowl or something just for a little while so that the other fish don't stress him out? try adding some aquarium salt and raising the temp. to help him recover.
