If a real estate company has a sign in front of a property that says the building is for sale & you call & they tell you that the building is not for sale, and they try to ask you about your needs to attempt to sell you a different building...is that false advertising, or is it bait & switch advertising, or is it perfectly legal for them to do that...I am in Michigan by the way.
