Is this exercise routine okay?

i was planning on getting up everyday at 5am and using the elliptical trainer for 20-30 minutes. also, 3 times a week i will be lifting light weights to tone my body for about 15-20 minutes. is this good to burn fat all around my body? if not, what exercise can i do using an elliptical trainer and weights only? im 15 years old, 5'3 and around 112-114 pounds
