Is this exercise routine effective for weight loss?

Teamed with a healthy diet of corse, I'm a 17 year old female.
If you think you could improve it, please leave suggestions!

Monday: Sit-ups until fatigued

Tuesday: 2k walk, 30 Minute run/jog, 15 Minutes on exercise bike high intensity, Sit-ups until fatigued

Wednesday: 1k walk, Sit-ups until fatigued

Thursday: 2k walk, 30 Minute run/jog, 15 Minutes on exercise bike high intensity, Sit-ups until fatigued

Friday: 2k walk, 30 Minute run/jog, 15 Minutes on exercise bike high intensity, Sit-ups until fatigued

Saturday: 1 Hour run/jog, 30 Minutes on exercise bike, Sit-ups until fatigued

Sunday: 30 Minute run/jog, 30 Minutes on exercise bike, Sit-ups until fatigued
 
This is an excellent plan for weight loss but just be sure you're putting in enough energy to keep going like you are. The true key to weight loss is burning more calories than your putting in.
