Is this enough exercise?

I am not extremely heavy and I'm not really over weight. I just have a little bit of fat on my stomach and thighs. I am trying to slim down a little for a pool party in a month. I am fourteen and cant spend all of my time working out, i have other priorities such as homework and studying.

I am watching what I eat, eating smaller portions, lots of protein and healthy snacks.
Is this enough exercise to help me lose weight in a month?

Monday - Swimming laps from 4:15 - 5:30
Tuesday - Ab lounge, and lifting weights (I have no arm muscle =p )
Wednesday - Jogging around the neighborhood
Thursday - Swimming laps from 4:15 - 5:30
Friday - Ab lounge and lifting weights

This should definetly help you tone up! Congratulations on incorporating a healthy exercise routine into your life! The earlier you start in life, the better.
 
Sounds like it is! But if you have a bike I would add that to your routine. It works the whole region you are trying to slim down. The work out is insane! I just started to ride and I feel so great and I think I am slimming down nicely :)
 
i'd increase the swimming time to at least a half hour to an hour.
Speed up your jog to a run. If you're not sure what you're doing - go faster.

if you just want to lose weight in a month and aren't too worried about muscle, i'd say swim or run for an hour a day mon-fri.
