im 315lbs. female and looking to go down to a muscular 140lbs.
ive started eating sensibly and low cal at 1550 cal. a day
in addition to my part time job, i vigorously fast walk or irish step-dance or jog for 30 minutes three times a week and 20 minutes of strength training once a week
is this enough exercise for weightloss and for toning up my body?
