Is this enough exercise for the week?

Yes, it is enough. It's good to stay active and that's exactly what you're doing, just don't over-exercise (It's not a good thing).
 
I am 17, average weight, and want to maintain my health/weight. I do an hour of yoga classes once a week, about 40-60 minutes of biking another day, and half an hour of swimming another day. Is this enough?
