Is this enough exercise for a 45 year old man?

Run 6 days a week, 2.1 miles a at at 11 min per mile.
2 sets of push ups and situps, 25 reps each, 6 days a week
On Tues/Thurs, I do 3 sets of burpees, 25 reps.

I've been at this for about a year. I don't watch my diet and my sleep habits suck.
