IM NOT TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT!
I wanna gain muscle and look toned
I do
20 minutes on the elliptical
40-60 lunges on each leg with 3lb dumbbells
50-75 (sometimes 100) squats with an 8lb dumbbell
lots of sit ups (I do it till my muscles ache)
donkey kicks (I do it till my butt burns)
25-30 push-ups
lift 8lb dumbbells until I can't anymore.
Is all that good to gain some muscle?
and.. Is that enough time on the elliptical?
I get to a point where I am dripping sweat..I think its enough..
what do you think?
oh I also have a latex band
so I do some stretches and exercises with that for my calves
