Hi Everyone, I'm 17 years old, and a male, I'm wondering if it's normal at my age to suddenly eat more than I did just 5 months ago? For the past 5 months, I've been 2x-3x more than I did before, like this was my typical old diet-
Diet 5 months ago...
Breakfast-
Toast & Peanut butter
glass of whole milk
banana
Snack-
Apple
Lunch-
Sandwich
Midafternoon-
Plum
Dinner
Rice, Vegetables, Meat
And now my diet is like-
Diet from the past 5 months to now.
Breakfast-
2 slices of toast with peanut butter
2 glass of whole milk
1 banana
Mid Morning-
Apple
bag of nuts
Lunch-
Sandwich
Salad
bowl of cereal
Mid afternoon-
Another sandwich
Nuts again
Dinner
Rice, Vegetbles, Meat, (two helpings now)
After dinner-
Maybe some cake or dried fruits/nuts
2 bowls of cereal
So is this normal? Over that past 5 months, I've only gained 1 pound? I weighed 131 pounds opposed to 130 pounds last year, and I am 5 foot 9 (175.5 cm) compared to last year at 5 foor 7inches (172 cm)???? I exercise the same- I jog 3x a week for 1/2 hour each time, (it's not a lot)
I just feel hungry all the time... Even with the current diet, I still feel hungry... My parents said that I'm growing? But don't males usually grow the most when they're 13-14, or am I wrong??
