so im flipping through some pages on google just reading about cricket and i notice this below by some guy from tennessee....and im thinking this is deffinatly a hater lol!! who wastes there no life time doing this?

Cricket Wireless Terrible service, no customer service, low rate customer service, bad service, overcharge billing, over rate Knoxville Tennessee:

Please listen to me, if you get Cricket Wireless, YOU ARE GOING TO GET LOW RATE SERVICE, so if you want to do business, please consider someone else. YOU would do better with a pay per use phone. This people never answer the phone when they OVER CHARGE YOUR BILL. I waited four hours average on speakerphone for FIVE DAYS in a row and no answer. I had to call LEAP wireless for them to even answer the phone. Are you gonna accept this sh*t from these idiots. Even after someone told you they suck?!?!!

This is why companies get away with things and don't care, cause of people like you who don't stand up and be a human being and not take that from them. We as a people have the power, without us. NO COMPANY would exist. Think about it. You don't have to take this from these companies. We run this.

Also, now I cant get in contact with LEAP WIRELESS, which is Crickets parent company. I keep getting the run around on the pressing nurabers to get to somewhere.

BUT GUESS WHAT PEOPLE, IF YOU CALL SALES, THEY WILL PICK THE PHONE RIGHT UP. Don't do that to yourself, I care about you more than them enough to write this for free. Don't punk yourself out, THERE IS ALWAYS ANOTHER OPTION.

You could try iCall or InternetPhone in the time being so you can get yourself together.

Please adhere, we must do something and one person won't help!

that idiot has nothing else to do except waste other people's life. my experience with cricket has been awsome! :2thurabs: except for the part where i applied and they never called...ill never recover from that... :reallysad
 
i think there customer service is no different than any others! ive had it for 6 years and ive also had verizon on the side there customer service sucks also lol... everyones does because everyone is lazy now in days!!
 
verizon's tech support is a joke...they told me that a sprint touch wouldn't work on their system, that it was not possible, because spprint is PCS and verizon is CDMA...

if you don't know why that is funny, then you need to read more...

both CDMA...both use Cellular and PCS...

both bought but haven't deployed AWS...

that guy was a freakin tard and knew it when i started explaining stuff to him...he thought he was just gonna throw some acronyms at me and i was gonna shut up and go away confused...
 
I think I've read that same article from ripoffreport.com. The people who post their stories on there are all idiots.
 
I've got nothing but good things to say about cricket. And as far as everyone else what do you expect. You get everything basically for $45 if you can't deal with a couple of dropped calls hear and there go somewere else and pay $100 a month. And I've NEVER had a problem getting through to customer serviice and never even had a problem getting credits when they were DESERVED. So thats my take on it. They even launched evdo in my area and now its even faster so you have the low priced bashed on service carrier thats actually working on improving their network.
 
I couldn't agree more, ive had horrible issues with cellular cust service across the board, i love when alltell will tell one of your customers that a phone will not work on there network, and voila, we walk across the street to alltell, and they activate, also loved when sprint hit me with a 700 bill, they could not tell me why but i still owed them according to them. hehe yeah like that one got paid, friggen sprint lol. i will agree that most of not all cellular cust service sucks, but complaining about it will not accomplise anything, so this guys just got too much time on his hanRAB.. i would guess

Not every company is prefect and all companys have there up's and down's. and it sucks that that guy thinks like that but all well. let him have his big *** bills i guess he likes it.
