Is this detox SAFE?

I was wondering if this current detox I'm doing is safe. I did a search on "is detoxing safe" and came up with a few places saying detoxing ISNT safe.

In article, the lady went on a fasting diet and consumed mostly water and juices only.

For me, ALL i'm doing is taking a product called "First cleanse" by renew life. I take it in the morning and at night.

The ONLY change in my diet is that I'm eating healthier foods. So instead of going to mcdonalds and getting a burger, fries, and a soda - I'm eating salmon and beans, along with a water to drink. I'm eating more fruits and vegetables. For the most part my diet consist of: Beans (bbq flavored organic beans), fish - salmon, and other kinds of wild fish, chicken (not fried), rice (brown rice), and sometimes those TV dinners, but I try to pick the healthier ones such as "Organic chicken and noodles" from whole foods. I'm assuming that my detox diet, along with taking my detox products, is completely safe, right? I'm NOT fasting, as I'm eating just as much food as I normally do, but i'm just replacing my normal diet with healthier things. I just wanted to make sure this was safe to do, as reading so many "negative" articles on detoxing. But then again all those articles seemed to be focused on FASTING diets, which is NOT what I'm doing. But I wanted to make sure anyways.

You have nothing to worry about.

When they say detoxing is bad, they are talking about serious fasting, eating habits that would kill you if you continued them for any length of time.

You are just switching to healthier foods. Congratulations on making positive changes in your life!

If you've changed your diet a lot, you might feel a little funny for a few days. But you shouldn't experience anything like "detox reactions."
