Having lunch with a group of friends this past week. and all of sudden it gets crazy... people being nuts
and this girl (new to our circle) grabs a hat (baseball cap) off the head of a regular attendee and he gets excited...
He starts talking about a cowboy law that says if you take a cowboys hat off him and put it on you (being a girl) there is an unspoken contract signed... meaning there is a little meeting in the barn later...
I had never heard about this.... someone clue me in, is this BS that he made up, or What?
and yes he totally is a cowboy... just did not have the usual hat on that day
