I guess it is a false document.
Or if it is infact a real bill they had to build these camps in secret and deny them to the people until the time was right because they are just there to help people in need and the government have your best interests at heart which is why they had to keep the building of them secret and make people who have known the truth about them seem like whacked out conspiracy theorists. Because they are there to help people in need in case of emergency. Just in case and there's nothing to worry about. lol.
Rocket 34. You got me there because two years ago I did think exactly that. I thought that George Bush would try and do something to keep the Presidency. But that was way back when I had first started looking into a few things that didn't add up and there is a lot of bullshit out there on the internet and it takes an extremely long time to sift through all of it to get to the truth. But can you deny this bill? I admit where my mistakes are and when I make the wrong turn noboby is perfect, but can you?

Cmon, conspiracy theories can be fun! Sometimes they even hit a little too close to the mark...I think some of the really funnest ones are neither liberal nor conservative...

Here is a fun paranoid factoid. The three B.A.T.F. agents who died in the original storming of the WACO compound, were all ex-body guards of Arkansas Gov. William Jefferson Clinton, and all three died from gunshot wounds to the head, fired from close range, and from the rear, execution style.
