well it depends on if there are marks on your husbands daughter & if his ex is ok w/ him spanking her... if they're married you really cant do anything about the spanking other than not like it... the kissing though i'd call cps or something and ask them, but again unless he's french kissing her, not much can be done... my sister went thru this, her ex got her son b/c he had money =( and his bitch ass wife was spanking him and stuff and she couldn't do anything... sorry, but it's worth calling cps to look into the kissing....
