Two days ago i defrosted some chicken tenders in the sink i forgot about it and it stayed there for about 7 hours, when i came home i saw it and remembered, so i put it in a dish and in the fridge. I wanted to cook it today, is it safe to eat?

No, it's not safe. It's been out to long and room temp is the perfect temp for bacteria to flourish.

Definitely not, sorry. Chicken tenders are small, thin and probably defrosted rather quickly in the sink, thereby reaching the danger food temperature long before you came home. Please don't eat it and throw it away immediately!

See a common thread here?? Do NOT eat that, it's been unrefrigerated for too long. I WOULD NOT risk the liklihood of your getting ill from that....

Pitch it........The temps to remember: Above 140F for hot dishes,
40F or below for cold dishes............

I took culinary classes for 2 years, and i wouldn't eat that. It's been in the 'danger zone' for too long. However if you choose to eat it, make sure it's cooked really well, to kill all of the bacteria.
good luck (:
