Is this Chanel backpack Real?

So... I was looking through my mom's closet to find stuff to sell XD And i found this Chanel bag o_o.. now I know NOTHING of designer stuff.... So i don't know if this is real or not xD i'm kind of guessing its fake T-T

So please help me figure out if this is fake ^_^;;

In my opinion, the material is really soft. .. and smells like real leather XD

It's sooo fake...
If you look closely, the stitching is really terrible; not a Chanel, maybe a Chanot

The answer above me is right too.

and the c is not filled in i think it is the closure?

and i like the bag btw

but i have no idea how to tell if it is authentic
 
hmm even if its real leather it could still be a knock off did you buy it off ebay?


if so, ask to see a card chanel purses comes with,
normally a authenticity card or some sort like that.

it loomks pretty real tho.
 
It looks very real to me, but I have to agree with the second answerer. If it was genuine, the gap between the two C's would be empty.
 
If it was real that gold would be real gold put some water on the gold part at see if it turns a weird colour

the gap between the two c's should not be filled in, and I think it looks cheap & trashy the opposite of chanel...
