When I get into a car for longer than 20 minutes, I start to feel like I need to make a bowel movement really bad. I feel a lot of pressure in my lower abdomen and I get pretty nauseous. It comes in waves of intenseness but there's always some pressure there. I don't understand what's happening to me, because it happened once last summer and it's happened three times again this summer.
Is this car sickness or some other sort of illness?
