A little bit of information... so you can understand what I am asking... I recently bought a car... put 4,500 and have made payments twice... on time... I had been wondering where my license plates were. Today the salesman calls me and advises me that my plates are at the lot and I owe them $75 for it.... I do NOT think this sounds like the norm... I thought the plates would come to my house and the fee for them was included in the down payment... can someone please explain what is going on... I do not feel comfortable with this.... please help...... I am in california
