Listed an Audi A4 on Craigslist for a few thousand today and some goofy sounding kid who seemed to be about 16 called me a few hours later, asked a few question that indicated to me he had no automotive knowledge. Called back and wanted to see it tomorrow, and asked me if I knew where this strip mall was near his house (10-15 min from me). When I said yes, he said "well can you bring the car there tomorrow so me and my dad can test drive it" !! I've sold a lot of cars and never had someone demand I bring MY car to them so THEY can drive it. I personally found it a little insulting, but understand maybe he didn't know any better. Should I bring the car over and hope he's interested, or tell him if he wants to drive it he can come to me.
Is this buyer a tire kicker? Never heard this one before..?
