Is this blank verse poem good?

I need it for an 8th grade honors English class. It is blank verse (I think). Is it good enough or should I choose/write a different one?

Heels against
pavement.
Hair blowing in
the wind.
Screaming, laughing
singing.
City lights luminous, the
tall skyline more beautiful
than ever;
Tonight, we are happy to be alive.

Tonight we are infinite.


I'm not a great poet or anything, but is it good enough? And is it a blank verse?
