I am not saying that I am psychic, but what is this?

I have always had this thing where I dream something and it happens, ever since I was little, but it isn't often and sometimes takes years to happen and it is always stupid things like watching a certain show but it happens just that way. Then when I was a kid in the back seat asleep, we start to go over a hill and I wake up and scream that we are going to get hit. My mom pulls over and a drunk driver comes over the hill on our side where we would have been. That isn't the only time. Then, I see people standing around on the streets, in stores, and even sometimes at my house, who are there for a minute or two and then gone. They don't scare me, I can't see through them or anything. Just stand, look at me and vanish. It happens at least once a day, so I don't even pay attention any more. But I want to know who they are and what they are there for. And also just standing there for a second I can tell you what they look like what they are wearing even sometimes their names. All of that is very strange, but my mom does it some as well. I have kind of gotten used to it, but the thing that is freaking me out a little is that she was driving home a few weeks ago and had a girl run out at her car, but she looked back and no one was there. She turned around and no one was there. She told me about it and we didn't pay much attention until she mentioned it a couple of nights ago again. I asked her if the girl had dark hair in a ponytail, a yellow shirt with three quarter sleeves and collar with white cuffs and sneakers with jean capri pants. She said Yes, so you have seen her too. Nope I just know what she looks like. I don't know why. Then I just kept talking and I said that I think she has been stabbed where you saw her and that her name was Lisa M. We both said L.M. at the same time. It just kept going and there was more.
I just need to know if any one else has this or if you can tell me what it is. And if you do the same things I do, please send me a message so we can talk more on it.
* I am not crazy, I am perfectly normal except sometimes I know things that I shouldn't so please don't leave an answer saying that I need to get help. It's hard enough writing this as it is.
