Im 13, and on the weeknights i am asleep around 11.
then on the weekends, im not asleep untill 2 or 3 or i dont sleep at all.
is this bad for my health? if so, how ?
because my friends go to sleep around 2:00 on school nights, but i do that on the weekend instead.
