So Im 19. Sophomore in college. Here is how my weekends usually go, Ill use this weekend since its fresh in my mind.
Thursday: Just chillin, buy a 30 of some beer, and 4 or 5 people will kill the 30, and it will be a bluntfest as well. Will probably drink 7-8 beers.
Friday: Buy another 30, pregame, buy a small bottle, go to a relatively small party. Same 7-8 beers, and 3 or 4 shots.
Saturday: Me and my one friend together killed a handle of Smirnoff, and than went and bought a 24 pack of beer which was killed as well. Cant even count the shots, Ill just estimate 15 or so, and 3 or 4 beers.
Sunday: Recover
Monday: Gin and Tonic night. Will probably drink 3 or 4 cups of Gin and Tonic and we'll have a bluntfest....
This is my usual weekend routine....yes, monday is a part of my weekend. Is this bad...it doesnt seem to be too healthy lol
I do in fact go to the gym for an hour a day, 30 minutes of lifting, 30 minutes of cardio
